Check-In and Check-Out
Guests may check in between 4:00 and 9:00 PM on the scheduled day of arrival. The check out time is 9:00 on the scheduled day of departure.
We are flexible and willing to work with your schedule. If you expect to be late or want to arrive before 4:00, please call at least 24 hours in advance so that we can make arrangements. We will make every effort to accommodate requests, but it may not always be possible.
If you are a no-show on your first night, it is still counted on your bill.
Room Upkeep
We do not enter your rental while you are staying with us. We provide sheets, pillows, and towels for your stay but do not re-wash them during your stay while you are here. We also do not make the beds during your stay.
Cancellation
No cancellations. All reservations are non-refundable and cannot be canceled or ordinarily changed.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of your booking. One night reservations are to be paid in full at the time of booking.
Group rates are non-refundable
Weekly individual reservations are non-refundable.
Website Privacy Policy
Thank you for visiting our website. We do not use cookies to track your visit or to gather information about you. Anonymous usage statistics may be generated by your visit and will be viewable by our staff through the analytics services provided by Google and Microsoft.
When you enter information into the contact form and click the “Send” button, the text you entered into the message field – as well as the name and the email address you entered and the phone number you may have entered – are saved in our content management system’s database on our web server. Our staff can then access that information through our content management system, and staff members potentially could be alerted to your submission by an email, which might also contain your submission.
We may use the information you submit in the contact form to contact you, if you explicitly ask to be contacted or if we think contacting you is reasonable based on what you communicated to us. We may also use your message as the basis for updating our reservation records, as necessary. We will not use your message or your contact information for any other purpose or disclose it to anyone outside of our staff.
Note that we cannot commit to answering messages submitted through the contact form. Unfortunately, we may sometimes fail to receive messages for a number of technical reasons. A note on the Contact page shows the date when we last verified that the contact form was working. We do not accept liability for not responding to submissions, regardless of the content of those submissions, whether or not we may have received them. Calling our posted business phone number or emailing us are strongly preferred for purposes other than basic customer inquiries. Nothing that you communicate to us on the phone, through email, or by any other means except for the contact form is covered under this privacy policy.
